in a group family constellation
In a group family constellation, several participants meet, and the facilitator guides the process. Here, I explain the role and benefits of the two main roles: the representative and the observer.
The Constellant (client)
The role
In a constellation, the person constellating can have two main roles. Sometimes they participate as their own representative, directly experiencing the movement that unfolds during the session. Other times, they observe what happens while others represent their theme, allowing the images that appear to help them connect with what they need to see or understand. Their main role is to open themselves to the process, express their intention, and let the natural flow of the session reveal important information and sensations.
