By accessing and contracting the services offered by Charo Essers, you expressly and unreservedly accept the terms and conditions detailed herein. The customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all conditions before proceeding with the contracting.
The client assumes full responsibility for his/her participation in the sessions of Consciousness Transformation, Family Constellations or other services offered at Charo Essers. The client agrees to attend consciously, actively and with the purpose of personal transformation and well-being.
The client is informed that during group sessions, such as Family Constellations, intense emotional situations may arise, such as crying, physical or energetic movements, and the need to speak or share in public. The client agrees to participate consciously and willingly to face and process any emotions or situations that arise during the process.
The client understands that the sessions are not a substitute for any medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. The therapies offered are alternatives for personal growth, but are not a replacement for a professional consultation if needed. In case of doubt, the client agrees to consult with an appropriate professional.
I declare that I am physically, emotionally and mentally fit to consciously participate in the experiences offered. In case of doubts about my health or particular conditions, I will assume the responsibility to consult a professional beforehand. Likewise, I will inform the facilitator of any situation that requires specific adaptation, which will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
When participating in group sessions, the client authorizes the use of his/her image and words exclusively within the development of the activity, guaranteeing a respectful environment. In group constellations, the client accepts to participate as an observer, representative or constellate and understands that the representations that emerge are symbolic, not absolute truths. Commits not to intervene or judge the process of other participants.
The client has the right to confidentiality about what is shared during the sessions, both individually and as a group. However, the client also agrees to maintain respect for the other participants and their privacy within the group setting.
Sessions must be paid for prior to their realization, as agreed at the time of contracting. In case of cancellation by the client, notice must be given 24 hours in advance, working days. If not notified in time, the client will lose the right to reimbursement. Paid group workshops are non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed, except in case of force majeure.
By accepting these general conditions, the customer acknowledges that he/she has the legal capacity to contract the services and that he/she does so of his/her own free will, aware of the implications of his/her participation. The customer acknowledges its conformity with all the conditions set forth.
